Trellix Signs Service Agreement with EarthLink

 Top Private Label Technology Provider Will Provide Web Site Building and Blogging Technology for Leading Hosting Service Provider


CONCORD, Mass. – Oct. XX, 2002 – Trellix ® Corporation, the leading private-label provider of Web site publishing technology, site promotion and hosting technologies, today announced a partnership with EarthLink, Inc.
(NASDAQ: ELNK), a leading Web hosting and Internet Service Provider. Under the terms of the deal, Trellix technology will power EarthLink’s future Web site building and Web logging (blogging) offerings.
